He considers himself fortunate to have worked with clear-thinking decision-makers and business partners who have played a role in developing his leadership mantra of establishing priorities and making the decisions to deliver them.

We speak to Robert Krastich, Managing Director at Sharper Facility Services. Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Graphic Design (Hons) from Swinburne University. He began his career in graphic design and advertising at marketing communications giant Clemenger Group, before starting a cleaning company in 2004.
During his time in the advertising industry, Robert became passionate about branding-—particularly how products are presented.
Robert quickly realised the impact cleanliness had on product and brand presentation, and built the business around this viewpoint.
Robert’s key driver is to align Sharper with clients and brands that share this same belief—thereby making the cleaning process
more of a marketing investment than a low-value-added cost.

The upcoming Run the Tan event is slated for April and its profound effects on mental well-being. We had the pleasure of chatting with Darren Templeton, the visionary behind this remarkable event.
Darren works as a Business Transformation and Technology Executive and directs the Run the Tan event. He recently established Run for Mental Health Ltd (May 2023) a new Australian not-for-profit and community-based charity organisation whose purpose is to “empower people to thrive through optimal physical and mental health”.
